Dear Friends:
After some problems with php and pdflib 2.01 i can configure and
then compile it, with the command:
./configure --with-informix --with-apache=../apache_1.3.9
--enable-track-vars --with-config-file-path=/etc --with-gd
--with-pdflib=/usr/local --with-tiff-dir=/usr
--with-jpeg-dir=/usr --with-zlib-dir=/usr
However when i try to configure apache (with the VERBOSE variable
set to yes) i obtain:
Configuring for Apache, Version 1.3.9
+ Hint: please use LIBS instead of EXTRA_LIBS next time
+ using installation path layout: Apache (config.layout)
+ activated php4 module (modules/php4/libphp4.a)

Aborting!
Somebody knows a solution? a missing lib?, path? ...
Bye.
