Beta2 ISAPI Module Problem

Any idea why I would get this error when trying to run the Beta2 ISAPI
module? I'm running Win2k RC2 and IIS5. I'm sure that there is something I
need in the php.ini file. Currently I'm using the stock one that came with
the download. I attempted to compile the Beta3 code with VC6 but it didn't
go well.
