What now? Will start with array_flip, but that can easily be renamed
afterwards.

Andrei: What should happen with the older two wddx.c functions? Can it
ported to wddx_a.c and maintained there? Or, if there is some
overlapping, maintain it as a older function name, like there are some
within the mysql functions.
