for php4 beta3, is it best to use $HTTP_POST_VARS[variablename] or
$HTTP_GET_VARS[variablename] over $variablename ?
i have not yet tried this, but i presume it is also possible to use
$variablename over $HTTP_COOKIE_VARS[variablename]?
