I think this one was addressed before but I'm not sure
( using 4.0b3 ):
$a = '123';
$b = $a;
echo " a: $a";
$b[1] = '4';
echo " a: $a";
displays `143' second time.
Now it was said this will be changed to $b{0} for string
indexes but this syntax doesn't work.
