can't compile apache 1.3.6 with B3 on solaris

Howdy folks, I've been working with B2 for a while, and decided to upgrade to B3. I'm using Apache 1.3.6 on a solaris box. However, I can't get apache to compile properly once it enters the src/modules/php4 dir. I don't have any problems with the same Apache tree with B2.
