I've been using the FTP functions from beta 3 almost since PHP4b3 was released and it worked great. For some reason today it just stopped working. I've not modified my scripts nor have I recompiled PHP4b3.
In looking at the source code (php4b3/ext/ftp/ftp.c) I see on line 287:
fprintf(ftp->fp, "CWD %s\r\n", dir);
Shouldn't this be 'cd' instead of 'CWD'?
The same applies for mkdir (line 320). It contains 'MKD' instead of 'mkdir'.
I tried changing them to 'cd' and 'mkdir' respectively in the source but it changes the strings to uppercase which isn't recognized by the ftp server.
