the problem isnt due to a sybase connection.. when we have a simple page
with an include, or require, with that include outputting only some text..
the file handles increase.. but dont decrease..
pages without an include/require are fine..
we have also just tested a sybase connection on one page without any
includes.. the problem is definitly not sybase while the file handles are
open and closed appropriately ..
