INstalling Apache with PHP

In apache 1.3.9 pack I read the Install file. There are codes written in
it:
$ ./configure --prefix=PREFIX
$ make
$ make install
$ PREFIX/bin/apachetl start
My prefix path is /home/downloads/apache_1.3.9/ I ran first code. It
was ok. But after I typed
make, an error message came after compiling.
The messages are in the attachment..
What can I do?
