Using mod_php with Apache (v.4 latest CVS 19991204), the error log for PHP
has to be writeable by nobody, whereas the other Apache logfiles are only
writeable by root. Is this really a Good Thing? I would like the php_error
log to be chmod 644 like all the other Apache logs. Possible?
