Supporting modules internal to shared libraries/dlls

In order to make sapi/servlet easier to configure, I'm looking into what it would take to enable shared libraries/dlls to declare their own internal modules. In particular, I'd like sapi/servlet to contain ext/java. This won't require much in the way of new code, mostly some rearranging/renaming of functions between sapi.c, internal_functions[_win32].c, and main.c. I simply wanted to preannounce my intent here in case it provokes any violent objections.
