How do I configure the BlackDown jdk to work with the PHP4 configure. When
I run ./configure --with-java I come accross the error that the no JVMs
support or something error. I do have a working Blackdown JDK 1.2.2 running
on my RHat 6.1 Linux box with the PATH and CLASSPATH variables set to all
accounts including the root account which I'm using to run the ./configure.
Thanks,
Patrick

: To my knowledge to date the ext/java support has been tested on:
:
: Kaffe 1.0.4 (as delivered with OS), OS=Redhat Linux 6.1
: Kaffe 1.0.5 (built from source), OS=Redhat Linux 6.1
: IBM 1.1.8, OS=Redhat Linux 6.1
: Sun/Blackdown 1.2pre-release-v2, OS=Linux (glibc 2.1)
: Sun JDK 1.1.8, OS=Windows NT 4
: Sun JDK 1.2.2, OS=Windows NT 4
:
: I have downloaded the infamous Sun/Inprise earlyAccess 1.2 release for
: Linux, and plan to give it spin later in the week.
:
: I have every reason to believe it will work on Solaris, but don't have
: ready access to such a machine to try it out myself.
