Ok, I figured out why zend_execute.c is taking so long to build.
Before today's build changes which merged Zend's and PHP's configs,
Zend's CFLAGS were set to '-g -Wall'. After the change, they are set to
'-O2 -g -Wall'. So the extra time is due to optimization. I suppose I
can just set CFLAGS=-g to prevent this behavior...
