fsockopen has no way of asking for a udp socket. Searching for
"udp" over the www.php.net site gives nothing so I presume it's
simply not possible to work with a udp socket directly from php.
Have I missed something obvious ? Are there any plans to have
this ability in PHP4 (can I plan on it for the future at least) ?
