It is the latest beta release, but it does not include all
recent changes.

You can download so-called snapshots which contain the
latest and greatest changes to the CVS repository:
http://va.php.net/~sas/snapshots/
If you are really looking for single patches to single files
(which is unlikely what you want), you can use our CVS query
tools:
