pgsql missing symbols

Couldn't load module php4 in apache because of missing symbols
get_fieldname and pg_field_name. Grepping for vars suggested this fix
that at least allows me to start the server. But it still crashes as
soon as a client connects, so I cannot be sure patch is OK. (Crash can
be caused by other modules in php, I guess, but I don't know how to
trace that, except for rebuiling with only --with-pgsql, but it's too
late tonight...)
