I'm trying to grab the current snapshot from CVS. I followed the
instructions at http://www.php.net/version4/cvs.php. From looking at
archived messages, I discovered that I should probably grab PHP4 first, then
log into the php4 subdirectory before getting TSRM & Zend. Ok, well I did
that, but when I run ./buildconf, all I get is:
# ./buildconf
Target ".PHONY" is up to date.
I suppose I probably messed something up when I installed CVS on this system
(RS-6000 / AIX 4.2.1), since I've previously been able to use a Windows CVS
client to grab the sources, FTP everything over to the RS6k & compile
successfully.
Any ideas where I went wrong?
Brian
