Can anyone point out an example of how to work with binary data in an
extension? It appears that all the other db's either don't have BLOB
support or work like MySQL where it's just inserted normally. What I
need to do is write the binary data to the server and return a handle to
reference it in queries using:
FBCBlobHandle* fbcdcWriteBLOB(FBCDatabaseConnection* self, void*
blobData, unsigned blobDataLength);
What I'm not understanding is how arbitrary binary data would get passed
to my function and how I would get retrieve it for use in the above
function. This could be simple, but my mind is kinda fuzzy right now :)
