Errors compiling Apache 1.3.9 / PHP4 CVS version

I'm working from a checkout of PHP4 that I grabbed yesterday. I don't know if this matters, but per Sascha, I had to move the .PHONY target in the file build.mk to the end of the file in order to get buildconf to do its thing. Any ideas? Brian
