Memory leaks : how should we report them ?

Hi, I have upgraded a test system from php3.0.11 to php4 beta 3 and get many memory leaks in the error log (see below). The test system I have upgraded has several hundreds of php lines built on top of phplib... Should I really worry about these leaks since they are detected and do you have any hints and tips on how to analyze, isolate and report such errors ?
