You can get the necessary win32 support files from the FAQ page (or directly
from http://www.php.net/extra/win32build.zip).
You have to unzip these files in your php\win32 subdirectory.
Also read the WIN32 installation instructions at the FAQ (or directly from
http://cvs.php.net/cvsweb.cgi/README.WIN32?rev=HEAD)
