Just compiled php4 from cvs.
I did two additional things to make it work:
1) I copied everything under 'c:\cygnus\cygnus-b20\' one step up to 'c:\cygnus\'
2) I manually did a 'bison parsedate.y', and renamed 'parsedate.tab.c' to
'parsedate.c'
