Can't install php4 beta 3 with IIS4 : php4isapi.dll refuse to load

Hi ! I just tried to install PHP4 beta3 on Windows NT4.0 SP5 along with IIS4.0 (since I badly *need* sessions along with a good scripting language) I think I followed the installation procedure correctly, but the php4isapi.dll refuse to load at IIS startup, and IIS comes up with the following error : The HTTP Filter DLL C:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\php4isapi.dll failed to load. The data is the error. 0000: e6 03 00 00 (I guess this is the ERROR_NOACCESS memory error; and you'll find the dll oddily located in the inetsrv directory as I thought I had an access violation sort of problem, thus I moved the files around - but to no avail) Did someone had the same problem ?
