Mild emergency. GD 1.7.3 / php4b3 / PNG support failing

Hey folks - this is a mild emergency. I must get PHP4b3 built with GD/PNG support for a project that has a Friday morning deadline, and I have a ton of work to do. I've pulled Apache 1.3.9, PHP4b3, and Gd1.7.3 GD 1.7.3 built fine I built php4b3 with: ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache --with-gd=../gd1.7.3/ make make install Went over to Apache, did the activate-module for php4, and then did the build for apache. It runs fine, and then fails... I'll paste in the fail message in a sec. It sure looks like PHP4 was built assuming 'gif' references. Is there a magic twiddle I have to do for PHP4 to refence PNG rather than GIF?
