Moving right along, php4cvs build fails.

On Rasmus' suggestion, and Zeev's nudging, I've checked out php4cvs and
installed the various automake stuff required. However, going to run
buildconf, I get:
[shevett@beavis]:~/src/php4cvs/php4$ ./buildconf

buildconf: automake version 1.4 (ok)
buildconf: libtool version 1.3.3 (ok)
