Running as CGI seems to make PHP4 happy as a little clam!
Just reconfigured to that, actually.
I noticed, though, that you cannot access certain environment variables
that you are supposed to be able to under ISAPI... $DOCUMENT_ROOT is one.
I guess we'll just make do until a better ISAPI version of PHP4 is released.
