Has anyone gotten Example 2 at http://www.php.net/manual/ref.session.php3 to
work?
I'm not sure of exactly what the 'read' function should return in order for
everything to work properly.
Is it supposed to read whatever is in the string stored by the 'write'
function, parse it and restore the variables or what?
Since there obviously already has to be an internal function that reads the
files off of the /tmp/sess_sessionid files and restore the variables, I was
wondering if that function might be used to restore whatever my private
'write' function stored (it stores the data the same way it gets stored when
using the files module).
I am trying to get this to work with MySQL. Has anyone else gotten this to
work properly with MySQL? If so, please contact me.
