Having spent the last month or so using the php4beta3 isapi module, this
morning I've just got the cgi version running.
I discovered that while the isapi module looks for its ini file in
WINNT/SYSTEM32/, the cgi version looks in WINNT/.
If this is by design so that the two versions can use different ini files -
all well and good - I'll shut up.
However, if it's an oversight, should I post it as a bug?
