I've just tested further. You are correct about the ISAPI version looking in
WINNT.
The inconsistency is that for some reason, the ISAPI version looks in WINNT
and WINNT/System32
whereas the cgi version only looks in WINNT.
Probably not important, but it caught me unawares this morning.
