I already spoken to Thies about this.. and i think it was a memory problem.. My apache's childs was growing to 100MB or more with the big array and so the system was swapping.. So, in this situation i went to the results given, with 90seconds for the reset.. If i don't fill my memory with apache's child it works fine.. I saw that once apache process grow to 100MB it never free memory and this is bad for me. Anyway, probably the problem is not php4. i'll do more test in next days.
