Download the latest CVS snapshot from http://va.php.net/~sas/. It will be in a *.tar.gz file. Unzip and untar the php4b3 file and the apache files. (at this point make sure you have you informix copy installed.) Load the file called INSTALL from the php directory into a text editor and follow the quick install instructions.
