pval is the same as zval. pval is just typedef'd to be zval.

Hi Everybody, The docs on extending PHP via C functions describe appending to PHP arrays via a call to 'hash_next_index_insert', however I can find this function defined in none of the php include files??? I can, however, find 'zend_hash_next_index_insert'. Unfortunately this function seems to be looking for a 'zval' rather than a 'pval' (I trid calling it anyhow, which only resulted in program crashes). Surely somebody can set my feet on the path to enlightenment? -Rich Bryant -- PHP 4.0 Beta Mailing List <http://www.php.net/version4/> To unsubscribe, e-mail: php4beta-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For additional commands, e-mail: php4beta-help@lists.php.net To contact the list administrators, e-mail: php4beta-admin@lists.php.net-- Zeev Suraski <zeev@zend.com> http://www.zend.com/
