PHP 4.0b3 + Solid 2.3 + Apache 1.3.11 DSO Error

Everything compiles without errors up the point where I try to run the Apache binary. At that point it exits showing me this: Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libphp3.so into server: /etc/httpd/modules/libphp3.so: undefined symbol: SQLParamData I saw this somewhere else in the PHP3 mailing archives, but it was a very old problem report and no followups were posted in response. Does anyone have any experience with this error, and is it a known problem? Any advice or information would be helpful, I've wasted 6 hours trying every combination of options with the compile to coax it into working. To reach me personally, remove the ubiquitous meat by-product from my address.
