Servlet support is a sapi, as is apache. I didn't believe that you could
configure multiple sapi's at once. Was I mistaken.
Because java support must be implemented as a shared library, you need to
use --with-apxs to configure java support with apache. I'll make this
clear in the README and add additional checks in the appropriate config.m4
file(s).
