This means one of three things:
1. some PHP code produced an error message in the HTML output before a
call to header() or setcookie()
2. your code is outputting something before a header() or setcookie() call
3. you have an extra newline in an include file
PHP 4 has output buffering support that can solve this for you in some
situations. Functions: ob_start(), ob_end_flush(), ob_end_clean(),
ob_get_contents(), ob_implicit_flush(). Documentation pending.
