php4 error on Win NT4 & apache

After following the instructions, i tried running the generic phpinfo() for testing. the results showed up allright but i get a message box that says: "The procedure entry point mysql_num_rows could not be located in the dynamic link libraray LIBMYSQL.DLL". same is happening with other scripts also I have libmysql.dll lying in winntsystem32 directory. anybody got any idea?
