When run httpd without X server, and access to /phpads/index.php3 - some minutes apache not
responding and exit with error FATAL: emalloc: Unable to allocate 20 bytes.

I don't see how PHP could in any way break your X server. Not can it
break your mysql daemon. You have other problems.
