hi,
in shutdown_executor() we must destroy the
garbage_ptr-stuff before we do a destroy_resource_list()
right now:
<? $fp=fopen("bal","r"); ?>
causes:
PHP Fatal error: ht=001a2ff8 is already destroyed in
../../php4/Zend/zend_hash.c:558 in Unknown on line 0
....
and that's because somehow $fp gets put into the garbage list
and that gets zval_ptr_dtored after EG(regular_list) got
destroyed.
