Upload on IIS4/cgi doesn't work. It's a general problem in IIS4, I wrote a
C-program to test it and only the first 2-4KB gets transfered, then the
stream is cut. I tweaked, jumped, hustled and screamed at it for a few weeks
before giving up. I can asure you that it is not a time-out problem.
Today I'm using an ISAPI solution (aspupload to be precise) with absolutely
no problems.
PHP4isapi is unstable (=unusable) at the moment so before that is solved the
problem will persist.
Never tried with IIS5, though.
Mikkel.

Emne: [PHP4BETA] Image upload problem
I am trying to upload image files to our server (PHP4b3, WinNT4.0 & IIS 4.0)
using the following code:
<FORM ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" ACTION="upload.php"
METHOD="POST">
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="100000">
Send this file: <INPUT NAME="userfile" TYPE="file">
<INPUT TYPE="submit" VALUE="Send File">
</FORM>
<?
if(isset($userfile))
{
copy($userfile, "C:\images\test.jpg");
}
?>
The image file does upload but when I try to view it, it is just blank even
though the size of the file is correct.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Paul
