Any building Win32 from CVS?

Hi all.
Being a bit of a C virgin, I tossed the latest CVS at MS VC++ had had a
crack at compiling the ISAPI version per the instructions from the web site.
Seemed to go OK apart from a few errors.
Copied PHP4TS.DLL into the \winnt\system32 and loaded up the ISAPI DLL into
IIS but doing so hangs IIS (version5).
Any one built a CVS copy past Beta3 and should it work OK?
