problems compiling php4 on win32

i still get an error while trying to compile:
G:\Users\AndreasO\projects\p\php_source\cvs\php4\sapi\cgi\cgi_main.c(136) :
error C2143: syntax error : missing ':' before ')'
and i really don't know how to fix it.
any suggestions what to do here?
