Perl packages and php4

Hello! This may be totally out of scope, as I know very litle about Zend. But: Does it, or will it at any stage support inclusion of Perl Modules, so that a Php script can call a perl function defined in a module or package? Is it at all possible? (I would guess it was, if a perl interpreter was somehow integrated in Zend, but I may miss something).
