Proposal for the PHP community.

Good Afternoon, My name is Rafael França Martins, I am webdesigner, and I live in Teresina, Piauí, Brazil. I'ma huge fan of PHP. First let me congratulate the whole team and community that works on benefit of PHP. So, I want to collaborate with the community, and I'm webdesign thought maybe I could help you design a new layout for the site to PHP in order to modernize the site and show the robustness of the language. My idea is to launch this new website layout with version 6 of PHP, but from what I've been watching, still has much work ahead. But still, we could launch this site with aBeta or RC to PHP6. Well, my idea is this, I hope you accept my proposal. PS: My resume is attached.
