People tend to sort/filter out bug emails, and simply click the link in the first mail when dealing with it. Therefore subsequent manual replies very good chance of never ever been seen, as I would have expected it to be in the report itself. In anycase. Its fixed on www., snaps., and qa., only leaving windows. left, which that Alex guy needs to do, and I don't even know his email address. -Hannes
