Hello,
I'm attempting to download the windows installer for PHP 4.2.3, the file name is
PHP-4.2.3-installer.exe, http://museum.php.net/win32/php-4.2.3-installer.exe.
I'm receiving a gateway not responding error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Marc Yee
