The box on the top-right of the frontpage below the "stable releases",
called "release candidates".
Think its also in the releases.atom feed.

snap/svn aren't listed, but I think RCs are generally listed when the
RM remembers to update it.
peclweb is generally ignored though, and has often missed even stable versions..
Been a whlie since an alpha/beta so I'm not sure.
Don't really care either way, its your call.
