That's a work-in-progress but it works. Another work-in-progress is the following, but I
wouldn't depend on this location yet:

Included today are JSON files for each language. The script is based on the above article, and is a
proof-of-concept at the moment.
PhD_IDE currently only deals with methods/functions, but you'll find the XML sources linked
above so could use PhD (or some other tool) to parse the 11,000+ DocBook files in en/. ;)
