I wasn't aware it did that until you just pointed it out, and I
hate stuff like that myself! Chrome's autofill does the same thing,
and if I my office wasn't on the ground floor where it would survive,
I'd throw my computer right out the window. The php.net search field
doesn't seem to autofill just with the cursor hovering on my system,
but as soon as the mouse moves (including just a shake of the desk as
I'm banging with my fat, clumsy fingers on the keyboard), it
autofills. So if you're typing and the second or third keystroke
shakes the mouse and moves the cursor by even a pixel, you have to
clear out and start all over.
That said, fellas, can we remove the autofill-on-hover? I think
Mr. van der Wal has make a good point.
