I have a concern dont know if you can help

hi i not sure who to contact i need help migrating my site from cpanel onto web server i had a company that creatd my site and hosted it for a yr but hen i got sick and returned a few yrs later to pay them the bal on hosting and set up the domain and site again and they took the money i owed which was all and good but like a few weeks later nevah led on they was going out of business and threw my site up on the web half created ,,, been very emotional for me because i paid lots to have site created and hosting for 40 a month and then paid then 400 more and they do this ,,, it was a christian web site has 4 arks and had 1 myBB forum and 1 flashchat i paid lots for and now all i have is my 4 arks that link no where at moment cause they didnt upload my whole site to web my forum is not how i designed it like its missing its stuff its lke a new forum and i took time bathed it prayer every detail from the back ground to the animations which i purchased from another site,,, my chat room was over 600 dollors alone and right now i dont know how to upload it all back to server i have a company who copied it for me but with out the chat room and way i had forums originally but i saw the chat room and foums animations in files in my cpanel only thing i dont know how to upload them to server and afraid i may mess it up and i really want my site i promised many who was waiting to join and serve as mods and help share Christ and now i had to put every one on hold and seek hat door God have me to go in now I know He wants me to do this cause at first i panicked and thought God dont want me to do this and then i waited and i was being trained all along at another site for 4 yrs and then recently God moved me on and has been showing me He still wants me to do this so my reason for writing is do you have a way to help put the forum back how it originally was and i need to migrate my chat room from cpanel too and back on to site and i will need a monthly hosting that is resonable and can possibly help me with all these needs ,,, if you have these services i am truly interested i am tapped out of funds so i dont have all that to do again and i feel God will bless any one who will help and bring this to life for me ,,, I am disabled and cant aford much but i willing to pay a monthly as long as its respoable and in my budget ty GB JCs 727 894 6424
