Hi the user notes are very helpful in most cases. Please note this example though.
On the page http://ca.php.net/manual/en/class.pdostatement.php,
there is a user note "Do not use BindParam inside a foreach loop use BindValue...".
Comments like this should not be permitted without a brief explanation as to why, because there may
be instances where something sounds like good advice, but really it's not, or it's just
suitable for one case the user discovered and he got all excited and posted it in the user notes,
but maybe it's not a good idea all the time.
